We have used Gordon Air conditioning for about the past 30 years. They installed the first AC in the house we had built back in 1888. Service has always been the best with Gordon AC. Absolutely Fantastic service. This was the first time I needed A/C service on my 2 yr old house. I called Gordon and they were happy to accommodate my limited availability and responded the same day. The Svc. Tech. Vincent was friendly, honest and very professional. Vincent diagnosed and repaired the issue in short order. He answered all of my questions with confidence and even gave me some helpful tips to monitor for future potential problems. Tom and his employees have installed my system in our commercial business, Fenders Collision USA in Fort Walton Beach, and our residence in the north end of Okaloosa.
