Air Conditioning will match any price on a new system.
We are so confident that we
offer the best value in Okaloosa/Walton County on
replacement home comfort systems that if we can't meet or
beat any legitimate competitor’s price on a comparable
system, we’ll give you $100. Now for the fine print.
1 - Company must have a physical commercial location in
Okaloosa or Walton county.
2 - Price must be in writing with company letterhead on
their estimate or service order. Does not apply to
website pricing, bundling of items not related to air
conditioning (like electrical, gas line, etc), open-box,
clearance, blemished and/or "dent & bent", outlet center, or
refurbished/used items.
3 - We must have the opportunity to match the price.
If you feel you've gotten a better price, call us at
850-682-5509 so we can come out and compare the two bids.
4 - Company must be licensed and insured
5 - Company must be willing to install the system for the
quoted price.
6 - Customer can not have family or friends in the air
conditioning industry.
In essence, we're talking about a legitimate,
established company giving a legitimate price for a new
central system whether it be heat pump, AC with gas heat, or
geothermal. Bottom line to bottom line after all their
rebates/credits/discounts as compared to our bottom line.

2 - Installation of new system
3 - Proof of payment matching original proposal/bid in which
we agreed we couldn't match,
